Installing the BookFusion Obsidian plugin

NOTE: The plugin is not yet released and so is not available in the list of the community plugins as yet. However you will be able to install and update it from within Obsidian post release. These instructions are only for beta.  Archive provided in the Discord private channel for beta testers

Installation via Community Plugins

BookFusion is available on the official Obsidian Community Plugins repository.

1. Go to Community Plugins 

2. Search for BookFusion and install

Installation via BRAT

Install the BRAT Plugin 

1. Go to Community plugins and install  and enable BRAT 

Install BookFusion Beta Plugin 

NOTE: Please uninstall the old version of the plugin before you add the plugin using BRAT 

1. Open the command palette and run the command BRAT: Add a beta plugin for testing

2. Enter https://github.com/BookFusion/obsidian-plugin in the modal that pops up and click Add Plugin 

3. Go to Community plugins, enable and connect the BookFusion plugin. 

Manual Installation 

1. Go to Vault's folder
2. Go to .obsidian folder (may vary if different config folder is specified)
3.  Go to plugins folder, create if does not exists
4.  Download archive attached to this post
5. Unpack/Extract  archive into plugins folder

  6.  Open Obsidian and go to Settings and enable the BookFusion plugin 

  7.  Click the gear icon to Connect your vault to BookFusion and click Connect

  8.  Once on the Obsidian integration page click the Connect button to complete this process. This will open Obsidian to create the connection.
